Automatic Lubrication

Automatic lubrication system of the backhoe loader is designed according to the lubrication requirements of each lubrication point under running conditions, which achieves timely grease lubrication and real-time monitoring of the lubrication status of the vehicle while in motion. The centralized lubrication system of the vehicle has many superior performance advantages such as timing, quantitative, safety and efficiency, reducing labor and costs, and prolonging the life of the excavator loader.

Compared with automatic lubrication, manual lubricationthe following disadvantages exist following disadvantages:

1. The grease injection interval cycle is too long;

2. The grease injection quantity is not easy to control. Too much grease will cause damage to the friction pair due to difficult heat dissipation, while insufficient grease will cause damage to the friction pair due to dry friction. Some lubrication points may even be accidentally neglected;

3. The grease nipple is exposed, and dust and sand can easily be brought in while injecting the grease, accelerating the wear of the friction pair.
